Cyrus Holding Corporation is a full-service, woman-owned real estate firm founded in 1996.

From concept to completion, we work with stakeholders to develop, build and manage residential and commercial spaces. With expertise in site selection, land acquisition, permitting, financing and interacting with community partners, Cyrus creates innovative, vibrant environments that we’re proud to be a part of.

Our deep Asset Management experience goes beyond day-to-day operations of apartment communities and condominium associations. As a trusted partner, we improve the health and future of assets by developing short and long-term capital, financial and risk management plans. For properties that have been mismanaged, Cyrus enables faster recovery by reducing operating costs based on a comprehensive assessment of physical facilities, operations and finances.

Our Construction projects range from unique ground up development to large renovations and capital projects for residential, commercial and medical properties. We also act as construction managers for the condominium associations we oversee to further support their needs.
